Oskaloosa, Iowa- CLOW Valve Company in Oskaloosa recently donated a full-scale cutaway fire hydrant to the Oskaloosa Fire Department. The donation will allow firefighters and Oskaloosa Water Department employees to understand better how hydrants function.
