Warne Named POW for Sixth Time in Career

Oskaloosa–Elise Warne (Sr., Melbourne, Australia, Exercise Science) began her final collegiate campaign with an award-winning start as she was named Heart of America Athletic Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week Monday.
Warne won her sixth career weekly honor (first of the year) after leading William Penn to the crown at the Augustana Highland Classic.
The senior topped the 62-player field with a two-day tally of 152, carding a 77 the first day and a 75 in the final round. The title is the seventh of her career.
The award is WPU’s first of the year.
