Oskaloosa, Iowa – From late March to Late April, we ran a Presidential preference poll to see where Osky News readers stood on the then potential Presidential Candidates. The first poll turned up some interesting results. The majority of the current Presidential Candidates that we ran in the poll ended up in the bottom half of the poll. Only two candidates (Ron Paul and Mitt Romney) finished in the top five. You can read more about this poll by clicking HERE.
We will once again be running a Presidential Straw Poll. Our poll this time includes nine currently announced candidates and three speculative candidates. Those candidates are listed here in no particular order: Michelle Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman Jr, Gary Johnson, Ron Paul, Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Sara Palin, Rick Perry, and Rudy Giuliani. We ask that you vote for your top THREE favorite candidates. We then ask you to vote for who you like in a match up vs President Obama. You are not limited to voting for your three Republican Candidates in the match ups with President Obama. You can vote in as many of the Republican vs Democrat match ups as you like.
