OSKALOOSA’s “CRI” NOMINATED FOR 6 REGIONAL EMMY AWARDS

CRI was recently nominated for 6 Emmy awards

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences-Upper Midwest Chapter announced on Saturday August 20, 2011 the nominees for its fall Emmy Awards.

Oskaloosa’s television station and educational organization, Communication Research Institute of William Penn University, “CRI,” is in the running for 6 awards.

CRI is underwritten by Musco Lighting and produces a variety of news and educational programs airing on MCG Channel 12 and on www.CRItv.org.

The Emmy Awards Gala is September 24th at the historic State Theatre in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
