Marion County accident ends with 3 injured
An afternoon rollover accident left 3 injured on December 24.
A 1998 Grand Cherokee driven by Craig Bovee, 41, of Marshalltown was traveling West on County G-76 half a mile from Highway 14. Bovee’s vehicle started to spin and went off the road on the right side. Bovee over corrected causing the vehicle to go over to the left side of the road entering the ditch. The SUV then rolled taking out a fence owned by Henry Langstrat of Otley.
3 passengers of the Grand Cherokee were then transported by ambulance to Knoxville for minor injuries.
Bovee was cited for violation of financial liability coverage and operating with expired registration.
