WPU 19th to Conclude Season

Oskaloosa–The Statesmen wrestling program will enter the offseason in the top 20 and with its top point-getter from nationals still on the roster as the NAIA’s final rating was released today.
Scottie Bonds (So., Chicago, Ill., Physical Education) finished the season ranked third at 141 pounds, helping William Penn to #19 in the NAIA with 23.5 points.
National champion Grand View tallied 147.5 points at the NAIA meet, while Southern Oregon (109), Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) (104.5), Great Falls (Mont.) (87.5), and Oklahoma City (71 points) round out the top five.
