Statesmen of the Week: Isaac Hoberecht and Aysia Arrowood

Oskaloosa–Men’s basketball player Isaac Hoberecht (Jr., Carl Junction, Mo., Business Management) and women’s basketball player Aysia Arrowood (Sr., Wichita, Kan., Sports Management) have been named Statesmen of the Week for November 25-December 1, a laurel presented by Gardner-Collier Jewelry.

Hoberecht led the Statesmen with 20 points in an 83-77 victory over Culver-Stockton Tuesday. He added six rebounds, four steals, and two assists while shooting 62.5% from the field and 75% from three-point range.

Arrowood delivered 17 points in a narrow 77-74 loss to Culver-Stockton on Tuesday, shooting an impressive 5-for-7 from the floor. She also contributed four rebounds, two steals, and one assist in the effort.
