Shirley Ann Blizzard, 68, of Kansas City, Missouri, formerly of Ottumwa, Iowa passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015.
Shirley was born October 14, 1946 the daughter of Harry Elmer and Daisy Grace Giffen Blizzard.
Shirley was raised and educated in the Ottumwa area and graduated from Ottumwa High School.
Her memory is honored by several nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by: her parents; two brothers: Kenneth and Gary Blizzard; two sisters: Linda and Karen Blizzard; and a niece: Kristy Blizzard.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later time at Bethel Cemetery.
