Mahaska Health Opens Newly Renovated Pain Management Office

Oskaloosa, Iowa – Mahaska Health is delighted to announce the addition of a new pain management office within the Oskaloosa Campus, dedicated to serving patients outside of the operating room. Through the services of Greg Kronenberg, CRNA, fellowship-trained pain management specialist, this expansion allows Mahaska Health to offer specialized relief for neck, shoulder, knee, and back pain, including thoracic and lumbar epidurals.
The newly established pain management office offers patients convenient pain relief options that require an hour or less of their time. By extending our services beyond the operating room, our team can see patients more frequently, reducing wait times.
Prior to joining Mahaska Health, Greg Kronenberg proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy for four years and brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a fellowship-trained registered nurse anesthetist. Greg is certified in non-surgical pain management, with over 25 years of nurse anesthesia experience and ten years of dedicated focus on pain management. He embraces an integrative medicine approach recognizing the uniqueness of each patient’s experiences and beliefs and customizes treatment plans accordingly.
