Booton Wins First Award

Oskaloosa–It did not take long for Natalie Booton (Fr., Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Undecided) to make her mark at the collegiate level as she was named Midwest Collegiate Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week today.
Booton shared medalist honors with teammate Demi Coertze (Fr., Johannesburg, South Africa, Undecided) as both shot 79 in a dual win over Central (325-343) Sunday.
Following the competition, the freshman owns an 89.4 stroke average in five events. It is the second weekly award for the program this year.
