The talent and creativity of 4-H & FFA members was truly showcased by exhibitors in the Bucket ‘o’ Junk contest. This spring, exhibitors picked up identical buckets of scrap metal pieces donated by Co-Line. They put their creativity to the test and came back with beautiful sculpture pieces. These pieces were judged by 4-H Science, Mechanics, & Engineering judges on Saturday, July 15th. A special Thank-you goes out to Seth & Jennifer Van Zante for all of the hard work they put into organizing this contest, as well as, Co-Line for donating the pieces in the buckets. The competition was “riveting!” The judges were impressed that the competitors were “steel going strong!” All results are as follows:
