Eddyville, Iowa – Overall our game tonight was positive. We made a lot of mistakes that cost us points, but we were on the offensive side most of the match. Twin Cedars was very scrappy to dig up a lot of our balls. We didn’t execute to the level we needed, but that will come with more game experience. We look to improve the next couple of days in our transition game and setting. We have a young setter this year and learning to play at this level will be a challenge for her and everyone else adjusting to a new setter as well. Many positive aspects from tonight’s game that we will build upon to get better. We play next at the West Branch tourney on Saturday, Sept. 3.
