Interment: following funeral service May 28, 2011 at Hazelwood Cemetery, Grinnell
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials can be designated to the Mayflower Community Human Needs Fund or to Grinnell Regional Medical Center. Memorials can be mailed in care of the Smith Funeral Home, PO BOX 368, Grinnell, Iowa 50112.
