1999: Unseasonably warm weather brought the temperature all the way up to 85 F at Glenwood setting the all-time Iowa November record. Other reported high temperatures included 83 F at Oakland, Shenandoah, and Sidney, 82 F at Clarinda, Indianola, Logan, and Red Oak, and 81 F at Des Moines and several other locations.
