“The women’s team was tested as much as they have been so far this year,” said head coach Brandon Brooks. “While we are not totally satisfied with the results I think we showed a lot of progress as the tournament went on. We ended Sunday with two really good sets including one against Wichita state on the live stream where we bested their games 3/4 of the time.”
“I really continue to see a lot of progress in this group and believe they have a lot of success ahead of them. We will take advantage of the next few weekends off and be ready to go for the Warhawk in Addison next month.”
Up Next: The teams are off for about a month before they travel to Addison, Ill., for the Ebonite Warhawk Open on December 7-8.
