Police File Charges In Connection With Armed Robbery

On Friday, April 22, 2011 the Oskaloosa Police Department charged Heather Renee Rohr, age 30, of Oskaloosa with First Degree Robbery. This charge is in regards to the robbery reported at the Medicap Pharmacy which is located at 504 A Avenue West Oskaloosa Iowa on April 20, 2011 at approximately 1:00 p.m.
First Degree Robbery is a “B” Felony which the maximum sentence shall be confinement for no more than twenty-five years.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
This investigation is continuing and additional charges may be forthcoming.
