OMS XC Takes On 2 Mile Newton Course
Newton is our first meet that we run the full 2 miles and only meet we run 2 miles before conference. Our kids fought hard tonight and some of them ran the best mile times of the season! Now we just have to work on everyone moving up, packing together and finishing strong!
The Girl’s team placed 4th behind some tough teams, while the boys finished 6th. This meet is always an eye opener to larger school’s and tough competition. Addi beat her goal time tonight with a 15:40 coming in 10th place and our top boy Patrick came in 9th with a time of 13:24 and Caden Ayala came out of nowhere moving up to 2nd boy on the team with a time of 14:33.
We compete Tuesday in Knoxville!
