Central’s Richard Phillips prepares Welsh menu for international dinner March 3

PELLA — Central College will host a Welsh international dinner Thursday, March 3. The meal is served in Graham Conference Center starting at 5:30 p.m. Cost is $15 per person, $5 for children 6-10 and students with a Central College ID. Children 5 and under are free. To make a reservation, call 641-628-5334 or e-mail reimert@central.edu. Reservations deadline is Monday, Feb. 28.

Richard Phillips, dining services staff, selected the menu which includes Welsh favorites such as Welsh rarebit, Shepherd’s Pie, pasties, leek and potato soup, baby carrots and new potatoes and Welsh cake for dessert.
