Decades in the Making: Southeast Connector Breaks Ground in Oskaloosa

Local, county, state, and US representatives joined community leaders Tuesday afternoon to break ground on the long-anticipated Highway 63 improvement project on the south side of Oskaloosa. The project will realign and modernize a key transportation corridor, enhancing safety and access for travelers and supporting continued economic growth in the region. The event marked a major milestone in a decades-long effort driven by collaboration across multiple levels of government and local stakeholders.
