7th Grade Girls Indians Volleyball Spiked Off Their Season
The 7th grade volleyball team spiked off their season tonight at home against Knoxville!
The A-team fought hard but came up short with scores of 13-21, 15-21, and 11-15. Caris Snakenberg and Reagan Stream led the team with 4 aces each followed by Jillian Park with 3, Aniston Fairbanks with 2, and Braylie Teeter with 1 ace.
The B-team came out on top and won all 3 matches with scores of 21-19, 21-19, and 15-10. Karling Taylor led the team with 10 aces, followed by Nicole Harman with 8, Zoe Landgrebe with 7, Kadence Briggs with 2, Ciela Garcia and Alyssa Sheets with 1 each.
The C-team battled hard and started their record off 1-2 with scores of 16-21, 21-14, and 11-15. Shay Parker led with 7 aces, followed by Kelsi Sherwood with 5, Kate McBurney with 2 and Ivy Patton with 2 aces.
The D-team worked hard and went 2-1 to start the season with scores of 21-11, 14-21, and 17-15. Chloe Fenton had 7 aces, Bailey Stier had 5 and both Kylie Gibson and Melanie Deevers each had 1.
