MHP to Host Community Health Needs Assessment

Mahaska Health Partnership

Town Hall on Wednesday, Jan. 18

In order to gauge the overall health needs of Mahaska County residents, Mahaska Health Partnership invites the public to participate in a Community Health Needs Assessment (CNHA) Town Hall roundtable. The roundtable is set for Wednesday, Jan. 18 from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Musco Technology Center on the William Penn Campus.

The goal of this assessment update is to understand MHP’s progress in addressing community health needs cited in the previous CHNA report and to collect up-to-date community health perceptions and needs.

“This Town Hall meeting will be an opportunity to review our previous CHNA, share your experiences and make suggestions to improve healthcare delivery within our county,” MHP CEO Jay Christensen said. “We encourage your attendance, as your input is very valuable to build a healthy community.”

A light dinner will be served. Vince Vandehaar, Principal Consultant at VVV Consultants LLC (Olathe, Kansas) will facilitate this meeting.

To RSVP to the Town Hall, please call (641) 672.3439 or visit our website at mahaskahealth.org for a link.
