Lunch & Learn goes Whitewater Learning

The Main Street Business Improvement Committee has announced the topic of the next Lunch & Learn. It is called “whitewater learning,” and explores recent trends in building skills for successful business professionals.

The program will show the kinds of skills needed for success in a whitewater, fast-moving business environment, and will highlight some of the approaches used for graduate business education at St. Ambrose. This is set for Wednesday, June 22 at the Oskaloosa Public Library.

The presenter will be Dr. Dave O’Connell, Dean of the College of Business from St. Ambrose University. Reservations are required for the box lunch by June 20. There is no charge to attend the workshop, and the lunch fee will be covered by St. Ambrose University.
