Local Girl Scouts Help Clean Up City Square

Oskaloosa, Iowa – Keeping Oskaloosa clean and pretty was the thought behind these local Girl Scout volunteers. On May 5th, Girl Scout Troop #286 and their leader Elaine Fontana helped out with Oskaloosa clean and green by completing one more project.
