The Oskaloosa Police Department accepted ‘Appreciation Bags’ from ‘littles’ of the daycare run by Kelli Saville.

Oskaloosa, Iowa – The kids who have Kelli Saville as their daycare provider took some time on Wednesday, December 20th to ‘Pay It Forward’ to members of the law enforcement community in Mahaska County.

Saville said they put together the 30 appreciation bags that were distributed to both the Oskaloosa Police Department and the Mahaska County Sheriff’s Office.

Saville said that three to four times a year, “I have my littles help me with a ‘Pay It Forward’ so that they too can feel the joy it makes their hearts feel by doing good for others.”

Saville hopes that the lessons learned during those times will be something her ‘littles’ continue to do throughout their lifetime, and doing it not because they have to, but because they want to, and “they will see the smiles it puts on everyone’s faces involved.”
