GRINNELL, Iowa – Three Grinnell College women’s track and field athletes have been named NCAA Division III All-Central Region by the United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2019 season.

Agne Lukoseviciute ’21 was named All-Region in the hammer and discus, Cara Bresnahan ’19 in the javelin and Paige Olowu ’22 in the triple jump.

The region’s top five individuals in each event earn All-Region honors, along with members of top-three ranked relay teams. Bresnahan is the top-ranked javelin thrower in the Central Region with a season-best of 130 feet, 8 inches. Lukoseviciute, a national qualifier in both the hammer and discus, is second in the hammer with a best of 181-1 and fifth in the discus at 148-1. Olowu is the fifth-ranked triple jumper at 36-5 3/4.
