Garden & Associates Community Campaign Contribution

As long-time supporters of the Oskaloosa community, Garden & Associates, LTD has contributed $15,000 towards the William Penn University Community Campaign in support of the Community Stadium, located at the Lacey Recreation Complex. The stadium will be home field for the William Penn University and Oskaloosa School District football, soccer and track and field teams.
Fundraising efforts, which began in November of 2010, have generated over $1.8 million thus far with a goal of $2.8 million. The facility will include an artificial turf football field, an all-weather track, and natural grass soccer field. The addition of the Community Stadium will have a significant financial impact on the Oskaloosa community. With a complex of this caliber, William Penn University and the Oskaloosa Community School District will now be able to host, tournaments, camps, regional, district and conference level events, as well as Athletic Band competitions and other special events. Teams and spectators traveling to Oskaloosa to watch or participate could potentially spend millions in the area on lodging, fuel, food and retail items.
