Beallis Earns First NAIA All-America Honor

Oskaloosa–Britten Beallis (Jr., Naperville, Ill., Sports Management) garnered yet another postseason award as the 2025 NAIA Men’s Volleyball All-America teams were released Thursday.

Beallis was one of nine individuals named Second Team, while nine players were selected to the First Team and eight earned Third-Team status.

Beallis’ All-America accolade is his first from the NAIA.

The junior, who was also a Second-Team All-American from the AVCA, helped William Penn to a 16-11 record this spring, including a 13-6 mark in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

During the 2025 season, Beallis tallied 238 kills (2.43 per set) on a team-best .425 attack percentage. He also guided the navy and gold with 107 blocks (22 solos, 85 assists), while producing 49 digs, 11 aces, and nine assists as well.

Beallis hit double figures in kills on 10 occasions with a high of 18 twice. He also managed at least five blocks in nine separate matches (high of nine).

Matt Pennala of Saint Xavier (Ill.) was named NAIA Player of the Year, while his head coach Tom Ryan of Saint Xavier (Ill.) was tabbed as NAIA Coach of the Year.
