7th Grade Girls Basketball Falls To Norwalk

All three of the 7th grade girl’s teams were in action last against Norwalk.

The A team had another strong performance but again came up just a bit short. They fought back after giving up a big lead in the first half but lost 28-24. Maddie Haines led the way with 7 points. Emily Simon had 6 points. Jillian Jennings and Alexis Sidebottom added 4. Kaylee Johnson rounded out the scoring with 3. The A team’s record is now 1-4.

The B team worked hard and earned their first win of the season 22-20. It was nice to the things that we worked on in practice showing up in the game. Paiven Knoot led the way with 8 points. Katelynn Moore and Abby Braundmeier both had 4 points. Haley Iseton, Alexis Sidebottom, and Lindy Slocum added 2 points to round out the scoring. The B team improved to 1-3.

The C team worked hard but like the A team came up just a bit short losing 12-10. Katelyn Moore and Jazmin Chavez led the way with 4 points. Amerisi Winegar had 2 points to round out the scoring. The C team fell to 1-3.

The girls next game will be at home on Thursday December 10th vs Newton-Berg at 4:30!!
