Wrapping up the Softball Season at Lacey

On Saturday, October 5th, the Oskaloosa Rebels hosted the final softball tournament of the 2013 season at the Lacey Recreation Complex. With games starting at 9:00 a.m., players and parents showed up with blankets and large umbrellas to enjoy a day of fall, fastpitch softball. The Rebels, along with 7 other teams, fired in pitches, ran bases and caught fly balls until 4:00 p.m. Players and parents left the Lacey Recreation Complex with smiles and anticipation for the 2014 season.
