WPU Earns USMC/AVCA Academic Honor
Oskaloosa–The William Penn women’s volleyball team collected some additional hardware from last season as it received a United State Marine Corps/American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award Monday.
A total of 1,275 programs from the collegiate and high school ranks earned the accolade, including an all-time record 71 from within the NAIA.
To be eligible for the award, teams must own a cumulative GPA of 3.0 for the 2020-2021 school year. WPU posted a 3.55 GPA last year.
