Wilma died Tuesday morning at Crystal Heights Care Center. Her body has been cremated and graveside memorial services will be held at a later date at Old White Cemetery in Oskaloosa.
Wilma Marie, daughter of Willis Millard and Nancy Rose Padgett Gabel, was born August 7, 1924 in Oskaloosa, Iowa. November 4, 1945, she married Jacob Carroll Case. They later moved to Louisville, Kentucky, when the General Mills Plant Jacob worked at relocated there. They later divorced and Wilma returned to Oskaloosa. December 5, 2009, Wilma married Donald T. Dunkailo. Wilma worked as a housekeeper while in Oskaloosa.
Wilma’s family includes her step-sisters: Geraldine (Richard) Visser of Oskaloosa and Louise Randal of Kinta, OK; a step-brother, Leo (Jean) Daniels of Reasoner, IA.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Wilma was preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita and Kathryn; and a brother, Willis Gabel, Jr.
