The Level 7 Optional team finished 3rd place overall out of 5 teams competing at this meet.  In order to be eligible for a team placement or award, you must have a minimum of 3 gymnasts at that level.

There were lots of season highs at this meet for the girls and there is also something they learn they can work on each time.

There was some extreme competition this past weekend with a quality team from the Chicago area known as Legacy Elite.  This gym is the home gym of Anna Li who was an Olympic alternate this past year for USA.  Anna did make an appearance at the meet.

The next meet for the Optional team is this coming weekend March 9th and 10th at the Leapin’ Leprechaun in Hiawatha hosted by CRAG Gymnastics.

For details and more information on Transform Academy gymnastics, please email transform.gymnastics@gmail.com, call 641-295-1434, or by stopping by the facility at 2209 Park in University Park (former Vennard College gym).  Transform also offers other activities such as dance, cheer, & tumbling.
