Three Ranked in Heart

Oskaloosa–A trio of Statesmen grapplers are in the mix at their respective weights as the second NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference polls were released this week.

197-pounder Sheldon Rodriguez (Jr., Tampa, Fla., Biology) tops the group as he is fourth in the Heart, while Austinn Goin (Sr., Belton, Mo., Exercise Science) is fifth at 174 pounds and Alex Pham (Fr., Ackworth, Ga.) is sixth at 184 pounds.

Overall, WPU is seventh out of eight teams in the league with 35 points, while Grand View is first with 226 points.

Unfortunately, William Penn does not have any nationally-ranked wrestlers. Grand View is #1, while
Indiana Tech, Montana State-Northern, Cumberlands (Ky.), and Providence (Mont.) round out the top five.
