Snow dump facility operating hours

Oskaloosa, Iowa – “The City of Oskaloosa allows its residents to dump brush, limbs, and unbagged leaves at no cost at the “snow dump” facility located on the south side of Suffolk Road at the intersection of High Avenue West. However, there are some changes that will be implemented June 11th that will limit the hours residents can access the facility. Residents will continue to be allowed to drop off their unbagged leaves, limbs and brush at the facility but that will need to occur between 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday.”
