Silver and Gold Fundraiser
Oskaloosa, Iowa – The Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS) Club conducted a fundraiser for Crisis Intervention Services prior to winter break. The Silver and Gold Fundraiser consisted of all members of SBS Club walking around campus asking fellow students to donate their spare coins to help raise funds for Mahaska County Crisis Intervention. The SBS Club was able to raise 75 dollars in coins in the matter of two weeks prior to the start of winter break. In assisting the efforts of Crisis Intervention the collected funds were used to purchase sanitary items to donate to the organization.
