Second NAIA Soccer MRPI Released

Oskaloosa–The William Penn soccer teams fell a bit in the NAIA standings as the second Modified Ratings Percentage Index was released today.
The men (10-5-1, 1-3-1 MCC) are ranked 93rd out of 194 teams with a mark of .389323, while the women (6-11, 1-4 MCC) are 124th of 196 teams at .321127.
The men were 48th in the last poll and the women were 97th. Grand View is the top men’s squad from the Midwest Collegiate Conference at #4, while Viterbo is the MCC’s best on the women’s side at #26.
Rio Grande (Ohio) is guiding the men’s rating at .879491 and Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) leads the women’s group at .918859.
Next: The WPU soccer teams conclude their regular seasons Saturday by hosting Grand View in an MCC doubleheader. The women play at 1 p.m. and the men will follow at 3 p.m.
