Book Vault invites you to meet publisher Jason Brommel, founder of Myriad Book Publishing of Des Moines along with multiple Oskaloosa-connected authors including Artis Reis, Mark Smith, and Chad Michael Cox. They will discuss their collaboration on the Modern Dickens Project that created the book, The Devil is Done Sinning.
In a writing style begun by Charles Dickens, each author penned his/her own chapter to create the book.
The authors have first hand knowledge of writing processes and the difficult path to getting published and they are happy to share their experiences and knowledge with others.
Joining them will be Anomie K. Hatcher whose book, Shallow Roots, is a mystery set in the Midwest. Anomie graduated from the University of Iowa and currently lives in Indiana.
Spend an enjoyable evening learning from others who have met with success in the writing world. A great place to get questions answered locally! Refreshments will be served. There is no charge for this event.
