Come join the Mahaska County Conservation Board’s naturalist, Laura DeCook, at a special “Picnic Lunch Under the Oak Tree” at the Russell Wildlife Area. The picnics will be held from noon until 1:00 pm and guests will eat lunch in the shade of a tree, listen to a story and make a craft. The event will be held indoors in case of rain.
