Phyllis Summers, 77, of Oskaloosa, died Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at the Oskaloosa Care Center in Oskaloosa. She was born October 11, 1943, in Sigourney, Iowa, the daughter of Charles William and Virginia Rose Shaull Langfitt.

Phyllis attended Sigourney Schools. Phyllis worked for many years as an Aide at Northern Mahaska Nursing and Rehab.

As was her wish her body has been cremated. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. She will be buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery at a later date.
