The Mahaska County Conservation Board is hosting a fun hike for the family at the Russell Wildlife Area on Saturday, September 21. A “Photo Scavenger Hunt” will begin at 10:00 am at the conservation center. Participants are asked to bring a camera or phone with a camera to take photos of items found on the scavenger hunt. If you find everything on the scavenger hunt list, your name will go into a drawing for prizes such as free Casey’s pizzas, Hanlon Chiropractic & Wellness certificate, a free canoe/kayak rental from MCCB and one free campsite for one night at the Eveland Access Campground.
