Oskaloosa – April, 15, 2013. The Oskaloosa Rotary Club stays busy with ongoing service projects. Just one of those projects is the Rotary Gateway Gazebo on the south side of Highway 92 on the west side of town. This weekend, Rotarians Alan Fender, Jeff Akers, Rob Taylor and Merri Chris Hawker volunteered their time and talents to install new benches and bike racks for trail users. This is an excellent example of the Rotarian mission – putting service above self.

The Oskaloosa Rotary Club is sponsoring the Pedal for Polio event on Saturday, May 4th. The ride will start at 9 am at the Rotary Gateway Gazebo.
