The Oskaloosa Police Department has established a Safety Exchange Zone at the Law Enforcement Center, 214 High Avenue East. The goal of the Safety Exchange Zone is to create a safer environment for those individuals who are either buying or selling property through online transactions or conducting child custody exchanges. The Law enforcement Center provides a safer public location for these exchanges and is monitored through surveillance cameras 24 hours a day. The Safety Exchange Zone is located in the lobby of the Law Center.
