The coaches are proud of our growth as a team so far this season. Saturday the team traveled to Knoxville for the Panther Relays. Our kids competed greatly! We set 27 new PR bests, and 4 relays set season best times!

Skylar and Spencer DeJong continue to lead the team, going 1-2 in the mile and two mile, then 2-3 in the 800. What a great day for them. Our Shuttle Hurdle Relay team of Max Johnson, Tucker Nunnikhoven, Austin Reed, and KiJana DeJong continue their attack on the school record of 59.56. Today they ran a time of 60.77. Jack Moore continues his growth in the High Jump earning 2nd today. The 4×100 and 4×400 teams showed great competitiveness, both earning 2nd. Austin Reed and KiJana DeJong both are pushing one another to their bests, going 1-2 in the 110 High Hurdles. Another highlight was the entire team cheering the 4×400 team to a 2nd place finish across the infield, which sealed the final team standings for 2nd place!”
