Elks Donate To Environmental Learning Center
Jody Van Patten, Exalted Ruler of the Oskaloosa Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, presenting a check in the amount of $2000 to Linda Fox, Chairman of the Mahaska County Conservation Board. The BPOE received an ELKS Foundation Gratitude Grant to give back to the community. The Elks voted to put the money towards displays at the Environmental Learning Center to be located at Caldwell Park.
