Eads Garners Second NWCA Honor
Oskaloosa–Joe Eads (Sr., Morrison, Ill., Biology) closed out an exceptional student-athlete career as he yet again collected an NWCA NAIA Scholar All-America honor.
The senior, who earned his second award, wrapped up his senior campaign as a national qualifier with a Grade Point Average of 3.49. Eads posted an 18-6 record during the 2020-2021 campaign.
To be eligible for the award, individuals must have attended the nominating institution for at least one full semester. They then must own a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and have won 60% of their matches OR own a 3.0 GPA and be an All-American. Eads met the first criteria.
