One Nation Under God

Christianity is a Daily Way of Life
As Christians, we must devote ourselves to Christ daily. He he said in Luke 9:23 – Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”
Being a follower of Christ also signifies a point at which we evangelize for Him daily by sharing the good news to those who are lost. In Acts 5:42 we see this attitude in the new testament church as they “daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.”
Christians should also find themselves daily praying and studying the Word of God. In Matthew 6:11 Jesus taught “Give us this day our daily bread… Acts 17:11 Luke wrote “these were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.”
Christians lastly encouraged one another daily. In Hebrews 3:13, it says, “but encourage one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.”
When Christians walk daily with the Lord, He increases their faith and to their number. In Acts 16:5, it says,”So the churches were strengthened in the faith, and increased in number daily.”
