CEW CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Tommy Ace (C) vs. “Delicious” Devin Carter
Since winning the CEW Championship in April, Tommy Ace has been enjoying a role that many people think he should not be in: A Champion. Tommy defeated Brian Gott in April, in what is widely considered a controversial ending to a match that was scheduled to be Gott vs. Shawn Nautilus. Ace successfully defended his CEW Championship against Brian Gott at Buck’s Place in August, and has said that he will defend the CEW Championship against anybody. He may soon regret that, as the most hated CEW Champion of all time, Devin Carter, returns to challenge Ace on November 3rd. Devin Carter was the first CEW Champion, and can be best remembered as somebody who would do whatever it took to win. Could this be the end of a Ace’s reign as CEW Champion, and the beginning of Devin Carter’s return to the top of CEW?
CEW TAG-TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Chops & Major Pain (C) vs. Brian Gott & Tim Rhodes w/ Mic Meyhem
After being impressed with both Chops & Major Pain at the August show, Donnie Peppercricket announced that his longtime partner Casanova would return to CEW on November 3rd, and challenged the CEW Tag-Team Champions to a championship match. Later in the August show, Brian Gott & Tim Rhodes defeated Shawn Nautilus & Tommy Ace in a tag-team match to earn a CEW Tag-Team Championship Match in November. Gott & Rhodes immediately went to General Manager Austin Bayliss and proclaimed they were the number one contenders, and Peppercricket & Casanova should be taken out of the match. Since the match between Chops & Major vs. Peppercricket & Casanova was never made official by Bayliss, Bayliss agreed with Gott & Rhodes and a contract was signed for Chops & Major Pain to defend their championship belts against Gott & Rhodes. However, the contract also stated that the winners of the match on November 3rd, would then defend the CEW Tag-Team Championships against Peppercricket & Casanova later in the show!

Before the name Dimitrius had ever been announced at a CEW event, Zac James had been establishing a name for himself around Iowa. James performed for CEW in the early days of the company, including the first CEW show in Oskaloosa in 2007. Fast forward to 2012, and Shawn Nautilus is a mainstay. As a huge fan favorite in CEW, Nautilus morphed from the evil Dimitius, to a beloved main event superstar. James has been absent in CEW for years, and is very bitter about that fact. Will James return to CEW and topple one of the top guys in CEW today, or will Nautilus show James exactly why he is a main event star in CEW? It all goes down November 3rd at Bradbury Hall.
