Free and Open to the Public
In conjunction with William Penn University’s Homecoming events, we are pleased to announce that this year’s Authors and Artists Event will be open to the Oskaloosa public. This event displays books and art works by William Penn alumni, staff, and students. All works being shown are available for sale, and the authors and artists will be on hand to sign their works. Award winning authors James Duermeyer and Dr. David Porter, along with several other noted authors and artists will be attending this event. This is a wonderful opportunity to see firsthand the work produced by these talented William Penn associates. The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. until noon on Saturday, October 5, leaving plenty of time to get to the Stadium at the Lacey Recreation Complex for the 1:30 p.m. kick-off against St. Ambrose. The Authors and Artists Event will be on the second floor of the Penn Activity Center (PAC). You are cordially invited, and there is no charge to the public.
