The United Way is asking local businesses to participate in the 4th annual event by becoming a sponsor, donating prizes, volunteering, or helping out in any way possible. Sponsorships (due by MARCH 30) are only $200 and include:
$200- Company name listed on the back of the commemorative t-shirt given to all volunteers

This is a great opportunity for a business to get there name out to a large and diverse audience of consumers. Last year we estimate that approximately 300 people attended this event and more than 150 runners raced in the 5K , as this event has been increasing 20% in attendance and participants each year.
The United Way of Mahaska County is still looking for volunteers to help support this fun event! You can register to volunteer by contacting Brianne Fitzgerald, Executive Director, at 641-673-6043. As always, the United Way is truly grateful for the support from our local business leaders, their employees and families.
