WPU Annual Fill the Stadium Event-Support the Statesmen

Join us at 6:00 p.m. this Saturday, September 17 in support of the Statesmen Football Team at the Community Stadium located at the Lacey Sports Complex as William Penn takes on the Waldorf Warriors! The Statesmen started the year with a #8 preseason ranking, and are off to a great start with a 3-0 record, having defeated Iowa Wesleyan 42-7, Bethel (Kansas) 56-0 and Luther 24-13.
The Statesmen are asking for as much community support as possible. Tickets for free admission have been distributed to all Mahaska County elementary, middle, and high school students. Spectators will receive navy and gold pom poms to help cheer on the Statesmen and show off their Penn pride. Fans that bring non-perishable food items will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a WPU prize package full of Statesmen gear and apparel. The lucky winner will be announced at half-time!
Get the family together and come out for a great night of Statesmen Football at the Fill the Stadium event at the Community Stadium this Saturday at 6:00 p.m. when the Statesmen battle Waldorf!
